Mahr® Inc. Adds New Northeast Regional Sales Manager and Quality Assurance Manager

They join the knowledgeable, experienced team that has continually made Mahr a leader in precision measurement.

The new additions also follow the recent announcement that Bill Taylor has joined the company as General Manager, Sales, for the U.S. and Canada. Mahr continues to build its seasoned team of industry experts to help drive the company’s focus on growth and commitment to providing customers with the service and support needed to help solve their unique metrology solution requirements.

Howlett will be focused on leading sales efforts in the Northeast Region. He has a demonstrated history of success in the machinery industry and extensive experience as a Product Sales Manager. He has held sales management positions at Zeiss Industrial Metrology and HGH Infrared Systems, and most recently served as Regional Sales Manager for Koma Precision. His educational background includes studies in Business Management and Marketing at Assumption College, Worcester, MA.

Ortiz most recently held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Freeport-McMoRan in Norwich, CT. She has a B.S. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Texas, El Paso.
