This expands the measurement spectrum to include many parameters and extensive evaluations. With its wide range of customization and design options and comprehensive functions, the MarWin EasyRoughness software is the first choice for all MarSurf applications and opens up functions such as profile cutting, data export, multiple measurements and much more.

Another new addition to the brochure is the MarSurf M 510, which is available in measuring lengths of 15 mm, 50 mm and 75 mm. It enables users to reliably and precisely determine the roughness and waviness of technical surfaces of workpieces of all kinds. Users can install and set up the device themselves, as Mahr delivers it fully configured. Thanks to its vibration resistance, the measuring device can be used in production environments or machining centers without any problems. The motorized lifting and lowering of the wand makes it a reliable and flexible companion for measuring surfaces. With the MarSurf CM mobile, the compendium also includes a powerful optical measuring device. No matter whether sensitive, very large or shiny surfaces: Thanks to confocal 3D measurement technology, measurements are quick, non-contact and material-independent. Especially for measurements on large objects and samples that are difficult to move, such as rollers or car bodies, the MarSurf CM mobile impresses with its compact size and offers the possibility of stitching larger measuring fields with consistently high resolution thanks to motorized axes.
