ISO/ GPS System: New eLearning courses

Together with our cooperation partner Festo Didactic SE (Festo for short), we at Mahr have developed a series of courses that teach various aspects of ISO geometric product specification. Mahr is responsible for the knowledge and presentation part, while Festo is responsible for the technical realization. The didactic preparation was developed jointly.

Two new eLearnings on the subject of ISO/ GPS

Two individual eLearnings enable you to learn the following topics from home:

• Main topic: Surfaces (in particular with the new ISO 21920 standard) and on the other hand the
• Main topic: Dimension, Form and Location

Who are the eLearning courses aimed at?

The two courses teach the theoretical basics for beginners and are aimed at anyone who has to read technical drawings, i.e. primarily employees in the design, production, technical purchasing and metrology departments.

Learning via eLearning – what is that?

Our eLearnings are divided into various subcategories, from which you can first select which category you would like to work on in a menu. This not only gives you a better overview, but also gives you complete freedom to divide your work into several sections and structure it yourself.

The courses themselves are multimedia-based and interactively animated – you can expect videos, illustrations and various elements with a hands-on character. We have also made a point of illustrating our content using realistic everyday situations to make it easier for you to transfer what you have learned to your usual working environment.
